Brunch
The size of the Joyce Room is perfect for all events, especially business conferences and showers. Our brunch menu features a variety of traditional favorites. It’s the perfect way to begin your day.

Business Meetings
Host your next business meeting in our Joyce Room. Complimentary high speed, wireless internet is available as well as projection screen capabilities. Start the day off with a brunch service or a pastry buffet. Later break for lunch in our award winning restaurant. Hours of service begin at 7am.

     

Lunch and Dinner Selections
There are three different options available for your event. The sit down service or family style is ideal for smaller groups. The in house catering is much more casual, perfect for informal events or cocktail parties.

Reservations
A room charge is requested at the time of reserving the Joyce Room. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening the room fees is $50. Any other time the room fee is $35. The Joyce Room is available during regular business hours with the last reservation at 7pm. With any reservation a server is provided to assist with food and beverage service.

Beverages
Beverage costs can be found in our regular menu. A bartender can be hired for an additional $10 per hour charge. Hiring a bartender is recommended for events with thirty or more guests. Wholesale prices or beer by the barrel is not available. Tap beer choices are limited to Guinness, Smithwick’s and Harp. Please let us know in advance if your guests have a drinking preference.

Desserts
Choose from our Irish bread pudding with whiskey cream sauce or decadent carrot cake to add the final touch to your event. Each dessert is priced at $6 per serving. Half sheet cakes are available too for $35.00. Each cake yields 40-45 slices. Also a 10” inch round cake for $15 is available, yielding up to 20 slices. The choices are chocolate, yellow and carrot. Choose your desserts at least one week prior to the engagement date.

Occupancy
In order to maintain our service standards and your comfort we limit the Joyce Room occupancy to a maximum of fifty with limited seating. Sit down service is maximum of 25.

Soups and Salads
Irish Root Soup: A puree of sweet potatoes, carrots and leeks.
Soup of the Day: Please ask server for details.
Cup $2.95. Bowl $3.95

Pub Salad: Mixed baby greens tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette.
Salads may be ordered with sautéed vegetables and gorgonzola cheese for an extra fee. $4.95

Appetizers
Braden: Irish salmon draped on toast points with a drizzle of dill cream, capers and lemon. $8.95

Dumplings: Irish Brown bread dumplings stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese, served with a white wine cream sauce, with shoestring potatoes. $6.95

Irish Curry Fries: Beer battered fries covered in a mild curry sauce. It’s a favorite at an Irish chipper. $5.95

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus: Homemade hummus and toasted pita triangles, garnished with tomatoes, red onions and kalamata olives. $8.95

Main Courses
Shepherd’s Pie: Seasoned, shredded beef with carrots, onions and peas topped with homemade mashed potatoes and baked until golden brown. $12.95

Chicken Pot Pie: Mushrooms, asparagus, peas and roasted chicken in a brandy cream sauce, topped by a crown of flaky puff pastry. $12.95

Grandma Flannigan’s Pot Roast: Old fashioned, shredded pot roast slowly cooked in a Guinness stout gravy, very tender. $14.95

Corned Beef and Cabbage: Traditional fare served with carrots and mashed potatoes. $12.95

County Clare Meatloaf: A blend of beef, veal, and pork dressed in a Worcestershire cream and onion sauce. Served with Carrots and mashed potatoes.
$12.95

Grilled Salmon: Fresh Atlantic salmon fillet topped with dill cream sauce on a bed of sautéed spinach. $16.95

Irish Stew: A tender lamb stew with carrots, onions, dressed in a shoestring potato garnish. $12.95

Omelets: Made to order. Our chefs will personalize omelets to your liking with the freshest seasonal ingredients. $10 per serving

Corned Beef Hash: County Clare’s famous corned beef in a hash of roasted potatoes and peppers and crowned with a fried egg. $10 per serving

Eggs Benedict: This meal is the favorite breakfast choice of our hotel guests.
$12 per serving

A La Carte
Sausage, bacon, ham, hash browned potatoes, pastries. $3 per serving
Fresh Fruit or Vegetable Platters. $40 per platter

Open Face Smoked Salmon Sandwich: Smoked Salmon with a drizzle of dill cream sauce on a slice of cocktail rye bread with capers. $39.95 per dozen

Open Faced Mini Reuben Sandwich: Cocktail rye bread covered in a crispy cabbage slaw, thousand island dressing corned beef and melted provolone cheese. $22.95 per dozen

Shrimp Cocktail: Large tail-on shrimp served with lemon wedges and spicy cocktail sauce. Market price - ask when ordering

Beef Tenderloin: Tender roasted beef, sliced and served by the pound. Market price - ask when ordering

Whole Smoked Salmon: Market price - ask when ordering

Portabella Top Hats: Portabella mushrooms breaded and deep fried to perfection served with a ranch dip. $12.00 per dozen

Assorted Cold Cut Platter: Turkey breast, ham, and roast beef, 20-25 servings

Chicken Salad with Toasted Pecans: Tender chicken breast chunks tossed with toasted pecans in a creamy dressing. Also available in a curry dressing with pineapple chutney or with a pesto mayonnaise for an additional dollar per pound.

Galway Seafood Salad: Shrimp, scallops, and lobster in a creamy, lemon, caper dressing. $18.00 per pound

Portabella mushrooms: breaded and deep fried to perfection served with a ranch dip.

Seasonal Fruit Tray: Serves 20-25 servings. $45.00

Assorted Vegetable Platter: Served with ranch dip on the side. $45.00

Mixed Green Salad: A variety of lettuces tossed with fresh vegetables, croutons. Serves 15-17 people. $35.00

Assorted Cheese and Cracker Tray: Includes cheddar, provolone and swiss with various crackers. $55

Rolls: for sandwiches. $10 per dozen

Joyce Room Policies

A guaranteed amount of guests and food must be confirmed seven days prior to the event. We require at least one week prior notice to the event to cancel. If you cancel after that time you will not receive a refund of the room fee.

Tablecloths are provided upon request for an additional charge of $25.

The sit down service is offered to the maximum of twenty five guests. Meal prices listed do not include beverages. Additional catering trays can be ordered a la carte. All events staffed with a server include an automatic gratuity of 18%. By providing a payment for the room fee you agree and understand the policies mentioned here.
